Welcome to the ACHS Crew 2024 Spring Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for tryouts, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Alexandria Crew Boosters.

ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A VHSL ATHLETIC PHYSICAL UPLOADED TO RANK ONE SPORTS TO TRYOUT.

ATHLETE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registration is a three step process

1. Uploading the physical forms to RankOne Sports; (Open RankOne in a new tab as completing the upload will not bring you back to this page)

2. Signing the Waiver at USRowing; (also open in new tab as completing the waiver won't brig you back here)

3. Registering for the Team and paying the registration fee.

Step One (open the link below in a new tab or window)

1. Visit  alexandriacity.rankonesport.com and use the first half your students EMAIL ADDRESS as their “Student ID” when registering(example. jp12345). Follow all directions and check all appropriate boxes.
2. Upload your yearly VHSL Physical Form into the RankOne system. VHSL Physical Form is HERE. This form can be turned into the Athletic Office but will be delayed getting approved.

All Athletes must provide insurance information on Rank One and VHSL Form. Student Insurance plans are available at www.studentinsurance-kk.com. The School District is Alexandria City Public Schools. You can also visit https://www.acps.k12.va.us/Page/1745 to get potentially FREE Health Insurance.

Emergency Care Cards are now filed with Rank One Sport, which allows the Athletic Trainers, Athletic Office Staff, and Coaches to confirm athlete eligibility, and update injury / permission to play data.

Registration Costs for the 2024 Spring Season:

• Returning Athlete: $295
• Novice Athlete: $150
• Other Costs: There may be travel costs for Championship Races, depending on ACHS athletic office support
• Uniform Costs (if required, not included in registration costs)
• $90 (boys) / $150 (girls) / Novices ~$50 

Refunds are available to any Athlete not making the team, or any Athlete leaving the team in the first 30 calendar days.
